Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No worries. We make it simple and FREE* to return or exchange any product within our 30-day return/exchange window. All returns, refunds or exchanges must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. New products must be in new unused condition and include original product packaging. Used parts/products must not be altered in any way, must be in the exact condition that was pictured and described in the listing upon purchase and must also include original packaging that the parts were sent in.

Return shipping with a Prepaid Label:
We want you to order with confidence, so the return shipping is on us. We will email you the shipping label after you contact us and receive an RMA number for a return or exchange. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at either a Fedex or USPS store at your convenience. Return shipping will be via Fedex or USPS depending on price, this will be reflected on the shipping label, please drop package off at the correct location accordingly.
Please package merchandise well for return shipping. Please do not write on or mark original merchandise packaging and do not use original merchandise packaging as a shipping container.
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. It can take 2-3 business days to process a return after it is delivered to us. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
BCS Powersports is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we strongly suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
Before sending any item(s), you must call to get prior authorization, regardless of reason, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
BCS Performance will not accept returned merchandise without an RMA. The RMA number should be written on the shipping label or visible on the shipping box.
Do not return any items COD; We cannot accept COD returns.
New parts that have been installed; used parts that have been damaged while attempting to install and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
Electrical items such as the following may not be returned: Bulbs, Fuel Control Unit, Ignitions, Rev Boxes, Snorkel Intake, Spark Plug, Stators.
Any customized items may not be returned.
Please contact BCS Performance via phone at 413-736-2201 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return/refund/exchange international shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed or paid for by BCS Performance. Please do not send any returns/refunds/exchanges without first obtaining an RMA number. We cannot process the returns/refunds/exchange without the RMA. No COD returns will be accepted.
